Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Fees
– Shipping fees will pay by seller or pay by buyers (depend our monthly promotion , might be change every month, or remain).

Delivery Lead Time
Delivery lead time are as below:
– West Malaysia: 5-7 working days for your order to arrive.
– East Malaysia: 5-10 working days for your order to arrive.

Tongee can only send orders to street address in Malaysia, we do not deliver to P.O.BOX Address.
We are only able to deliver to one delivery address per order. If you would like to deliver to multiple addresses, please place your order separately for each unique address.

Tracking Order
We will provide you the tracking order number in the member site system.
