Return And Refund Policy
Normally we not receive any return or refund accept buyers receive a damage stocks or did not receive an order. (Buyers can direct contact our customers service 03-62531111 or 012-6772512 if receive a damage goods or did not receive an order).
You shall ensure that the Product is sent to us in the same condition (if you receive a damage goods) as it was when received by you and is packaged properly. In the event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right not to accept returns and send the Product back to you.
You may process returns through your nearest post office. We do not honour any walk-in returns.
